With a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management, I’ve spent years exploring what creates sustainable shifts, personal growth, and inspires authentic leadership. But the most profound lessons I’ve learned didn’t come from textbooks—they came from lived experience.

My journey through a six-year struggle with infertility, followed by the emotional ups and downs of anxiety in early motherhood, taught me more about resilience, identity, and the strength of the human spirit than any formal education ever could. These deeply personal chapters became the foundation of my healing—and now, they’re at the heart of why I do what I do.

Today, I’m a Certified Life Coach, trained in transformational coaching, cognitive behavioral strategies, and subconscious reprogramming techniques. My work is inspired by the teachings of Bob Proctor, the principles of the Law of Attraction, and the science of neuroplasticity—which reminds us that change is always possible, beginning with our thoughts.
